Located in the beautiful Ballyhoura region of Ireland, our mission is to make modern interpretations of traditional Irish ale and lager styles providing distinctive malt and hop characteristics. The results are a range of full flavoured, tasty ales made from natural ingredients. Our beers have received rave reviews in the New York Times, Irish Times, Irish Examiner, Sunday Times, The Corkman, Food and Wine and Dubliner Magazines.
