Eight Degrees Brewing - Enigma Pale AleNew girl on the block, the Enigma hop is the latest in the Aussie hop family and a descendent of Swiss Tettnang. As the name suggests, her flavour profile is difficult to crack. Some say rock melon and red currant – but don’t be fooled, she is not like her Aussie hop sisters.

Not even on general release yet, we have managed to sneak Enigma into Ireland on the sly. To showcase her first appearance here, we have brewed a single hop pale ale to allow her true colours to shine. This beer is light in colour, with a dry crisp mouthfeel.

Puzzling, ambiguous and inexplicable; we challenge you to discover for yourself Enigma’s unique, yet irresistible, flavours and aromas.
