Our ambition is to blend the best characteristics of a great IPA with a wild, rustic farmhouse yeast called Brett, or – to use its full name – Brettanomyces Clausenii. Think bright, hoppy, citrus fruit aromas combining with an unsettling streak of funk to miraculously create a beer that is complex, tart and funky.
