Description
THE GOOD BARLEYWINE – Barleywine ABV 10.9% 6x750ml case
We added a three-hour boil to the brew to intensify the flavours and add a touch of caramelisation to the wort and then aged this barleywine in pinot noir oak barrels from Burgundy. It’s dark, malty and fruity with lots of sweet orange citrus and spicy vanilla oak.
