A Six-Course Feast of Pit-Smoked BBQ Paired with Irish Craft Beer
When: 7pm, Tuesday 17th October, 2017
Where: Holy Smoke, Little Hanover Street, Cork
Tickets: €45, to include six courses of bbq food and beer pairings.

Holy Smoke always cooks up an almighty storm and this Tuesday night event is no exception. Pitmasters John Relihan and Decky Walsh serve up a six course feast of barbecue dishes, paired with a carefully chosen selection of beers from Cork microbreweries – including ourselves. The meal will be guided by beer expert and food writer Caroline Hennessy, presenting and explaining the beer pairing for each dish.

Meet the Makers Tour, Chat & Lunch
When: 12pm, Wednesday 18th October, 2017

This Meet the Makers Tour, Chat and – very importantly! – Lunch at Ballyvolane House is with Bertha’s Revenge Gin distillers Antony and Justin, Scott, our own Eight Degrees Brewing brewer and cidermaker Daniel of Stonewell Cider. The whole shebang starts at 12pm with a tour of the house, garden and Bertha’s Revenge Gin distillery. Lunch will be served at 1pm, with tipples from Eight Degrees Brewing and Stonewell Cider.
